Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Full Priced Items

Full priced items can be returned for a full refund. (excluding shipping fees)

Returns need to be submitted via customercare@aaizel.com email within 48 hours of delivery for approval and returned within 10 days of delivery. 

Please do not return any items without prior approval. Returns sent to the sender’s address will not be received, as our fulfilment address differs from our return processing location.

Pre-orders and made to order creations are not eligible for return.

Freight costs are at the expense of the customer and tracking details should be provided when returning items. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

All items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with tags attached. Aaizel reserves the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn, damaged, altered or washed. 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not include the use of our welcome discount code but does include other discount codes and sales.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to one per order on full priced items. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with a high return rate or suspected policy abuse. 

For hygiene reasons, Jewellery & Scrunchies are not eligible for a return.

Repeated or Consecutive Returns

To ensure fairness and sustainability, Aaizel reserves the right to limit or decline further change-of-mind returns or exchanges where a customer has made three (3) or more consecutive returns, or where return activity is considered excessive or inconsistent with normal shopping behaviour.

As most of our garments are handmade in very limited quantities, we require return approval within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered or made available for collection to ensure we can fairly manage stock availability for all customers.
