We aim to process all orders within 48-72 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that slight delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Spend over $300 for Free Shipping.
Regular Post $8 Flat Rate. Express Post $15.
All orders are fully traceable through the tracking number emailed to you upon the dispatch of your order. Please email us via customercare@aaizel.com for any other information regarding shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
US orders ship with complimentary duties and tariffs covered by us.
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders over $450 USD.
DHL Express shipping is available at checkout.
Asia, New Zealand, UK and EU orders ship with complimentary standard shipping on orders over $450 USD.
DHL Express shipping is available at checkout.
Middle East orders ship with complimentary standard shipping on orders over $650 USD.
DHL Express shipping is available at checkout.
All international orders are fully traceable via the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch.
International shipments may incur import duties or taxes once they reach your country. These charges are payable by the recipient. As we cannot predict the amount, please check with your local customs authority. Orders that are refused or held due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund.
All orders are usually processed in Melbourne within 48-72 hours, (excluding delivery time), subject to payment clearance. Standard shipping usually takes up to 5-7 business days and express shipping usually takes up to 2-3 business days to reach you from dispatch date, excluding delays due to customs.

While not all aaizél garments are made-to-order, select sizes or less frequently produced styles may be crafted individually. In these cases, we source fabric and produce the piece, which may result in a slightly longer dispatch time. This process allows us to reduce waste and avoid overproduction, in alignment with our considered approach to design and manufacturing.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability following our receipt and assessment of the goods.
Approval request should be made within 24 hours of delivery if faulty.
